Step 1. 

Go into your confirmation email and select "Access your tickets"

 

Alternatively login to your account on Flicket.

 

 

Step 2. 

Select "View Tickets"

 

Step 3. 

Select "Edit Ticket"

 

Step 4.

Enter in the required details (name, email etc...) and select "Save Changes"

*** Alternatively, if this ticket is not for you, you can copy the link to the ticket (using the "Copy Link" button) and send it to the ticket holder so they can fill in their own details.
