Firstly, check your Spam/Junk folder in your email - sometimes our emails end up in there.
If you can't find your tickets in your email, try logging into your account and see if you can find them there. Do this by following these simple steps:

Step 2.
Click your initials on the top right-hand corner and select "My Tickets." They should appear here.
If you are still having trouble finding your tickets, please email trademark@flicket.co.nz with the following information and we can re-send your confirmation email to you.
- Name you purchased your tickets under
- Order confirmation number
- Correct Email Address
